Fitness Update 01/06/2021
Unfortunately, my fitness routine from before the pandemic has barely changed but I am trying to change that. I am taking up running on the roof deck of my condominium and I measure not by laps, but by tracks with a music album I listen to while I run. My first run lasted me 4.5 tracks out of 20, not good but I hope to improve in the following days since I really need to lose weight.
